You will learn fundamental anatomy and physiology, professional practice, and understanding of the principles of health and fitness, principles of soft tissue dysfunction, contraindications of sports massage, and how to provide basic sports massage.

Sports massage is one of the most well-known and widely used forms of manual therapy today. It usually entails manipulating the soft tissues of the body to reduce inflammation, promote recovery, and restore normal tissue function. Sports massage isn’t solely reserved for sportspeople. Anyone with aches, pains or reoccurring injuries can also benefit from this.
The program will be conducted online & in person. The theory will be conducted via zoom, and the practical components will be delivered face to face.
The program is conducted in a small group setting to optimize training deliverables. Min 4 pax to start and max 10 pax. Come with your friend or better half so you could practice with one another.
