TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making an appointment with Pain Relief Therapy (PRT),

You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use (the "User Terms"). Results vary with all of our products and services and there is no guarantee, material, or implied. By using any of our products and services, you agree that PRT will be held harmless, in all manner, in regards to their use. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use PRT if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Singapore. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.


Please note that by confirming the booking, you are accepting financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name.


This is a mutual agreement between you and Pain Relief Therapy You must make sure that all the information provided by you is true and correct and you pay PRT for the services rendered.

01 Refunds

  • Purchases and packages are non-refundable.
  • You are always encouraged to pay each session/time should you not be comfortable with the package.

02 Packages

  • Packages are valid for 6 months only. No extension.
  • Packages can be share with family and friends with your confirmation through WhatsApp message as a record

03 Medical Conditions

  • If you suspect fractures or has medical condition(s), please seek doctor's advice before committing to the appointment. You agree to free us from the responsibility of your health issues. When in doubt, always check with your doctor first.
  • Infectious disease(s): If you suspect yourself or know that you have infectious disease(s), please stay home and seek medical help. When in doubt, always check with your doctor first.

04 Covid Arrangements

  • Please ensure that mask are kept on at all times.
  • Please scan the safe entry QR code which is at our door just before you enter.
  • Please refrain from eating in the centre.
  • Please refrain from turning up if you are running a temperature. Clients with temperature higher than 37.5 degrees will be turned away.
  • Please sanitize your hands upon entering.
  • Due to limitations of the number of people inside the centre, we seek your help to inform if there is an additional guest. They may be required to stay out if we are at our max capacity. Guest should remain at the waiting zone near the entrance. Hope to seek your understanding.
  • All equipment and surface areas will be wiped down by disinfectant daily. Window will be left open for circulation.
  • If you are sick, not feeling well, have family members, friends or yourself within the household visited location of suspected covid cases, please contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling. Do not come to the centre.

05 Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours advance notice has to be provided should you wish to cancel or reschedule.
  • We reserve the rights to charge 50% of the value of your booked services when an appointment is not cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment start time.
  • If a client no call - no shows for an appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the service missed. This fee must be paid prior to booking another appointment.
  • Clients who frequently cancel at the last minute or "No Show" appointments may be asked to prepay for future booked services and we reserve the rights not to accept the client.
  • We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We hope you understand that therapists have to block their time for you and will not be able to take on other clients at a short notice.


06 Others

  • Please fill up the intake form if this is your first session before coming to PRT.
  • Please note that false declarations will be pursued by the relevant authorities.
  • Pain Relief Therapy reserves the right to claim for loses for any wilful act that results in the closure of the centre.
  • By turning up for the appointment, you have read our terms and conditions and agreed to them. Thank you for taking the time to read this and hope everyone stay safe and healthy.
